Refund/Return Policy

we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition and meets your expectations. However, if you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, please refer to the following return and refund guidelines.

I. Categories Eligible for Return or Replacement

1. You may request a return or replacement if: The item received is damaged, spoiled, or expired, The item is different from what was ordered, The item is missing from the package
2. Eligible Categories : Grocery (non-perishable only), Stationery, Sports items, Puja items, Kitchen tools, Beauty & cosmetics (unopened and unused), Disposables (if damaged)

II. Categories Not Eligible for Return

1. Due to the perishable nature of some products, the following categories are non-returnable, unless delivered in a damaged or spoiled condition: Vegetables, Fruits, Meat, Dairy products, Flowers, Pan items.
   We request customers to check the product at the time of delivery. If there's any issue, please report it to the delivery agent immediately or contact our support within 2 hours of delivery.

III. Return Process

1. To initiate a return: Contact our customer support via app, phone, or email. Provide order ID, item details, and a clear photo of the issue. Our team will validate the issue and arrange a return pickup (if applicable) or process a refund/replacement.

IV Refund Policy

1. Refunds are issued only for eligible returned products or order cancellations made before dispatch. Refunds for COD orders will be processed to your bank account or wallet after pickup verification. Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method. Processing time: 5–7 business days.

V Cancellations

1. You may cancel your order before dispatch from the store. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled. If we are unable to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances (stock issues, address errors), a full refund will be issued.
