Welcome to QuickBuddy! By using our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

I. General Terms

1. QuickBuddy provides an online platform for ordering and delivering grocery, vegetables, fruits, meat, stationery, sports goods, puja items, dry fruits, disposables, dairy products, beauty & cosmetics, pan, kitchen tools & tools, electrical, mobile and computer accessories, food and flowers.
2. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and all applicable laws.
3. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

II. Account & User Responsibilities

1. Users must provide accurate personal details, including name, phone number, and address.
2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
3. Misuse of the platform, fraudulent activities, or multiple cancellations may result in account suspension.

III. Ordering & Delivery

1. Orders once placed cannot be modified or canceled after confirmation.
2. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or stock availability.
3. Orders will be delivered only to the registered address; changes in address post-order confirmation may not be accommodated.
4. Customers must be available to receive deliveries; failure to do so may result in additional charges.
5. If a product is unavailable after order placement, we will notify you for a replacement or refund.

IV Pricing & Payments

1. Prices listed on the app may change without prior notice due to market fluctuations.
2. We accept payments through digital wallets, UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery (COD).
3. Orders placed with COD must be paid in full before receiving the items.

V Returns & Refunds

1. Perishable items (vegetables, fruits, meat, dairy, flowers, and pan) are non-returnable unless they are damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.
2. Non-perishable items (stationery, kitchen tools, beauty & cosmetics, disposables, etc.) can be returned within 24 hours if they are defective, unused, and in original packaging.
3. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5-7 business days.

VI Prohibited Items & Restrictions

1. We do not deliver alcohol, hazardous materials, or illegal substances.
2. Customers must comply with local laws regarding the purchase of restricted items such as pan.

VII Liability & Indemnification

1. QuickBuddy is not responsible for delays due to force majeure events such as strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
