I. General Terms

QuickBuddy operates as an online platform for ordering and delivering grocery, vegetables, fruits, meat, stationery, sports goods, puja items, dry fruits, disposables, dairy products, beauty & cosmetics, pan, kitchen tools & tools, electrical, mobile and computer accessories, food and flowers — along with Pharmacy, Parcel, and Rider (Quick Ride) services offered on the QuickBuddy app. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. QuickBuddy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

II. Account & User Responsibilities

Customers must furnish truthful details including name, phone number, and address. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Misuse of the platform, fraudulent activities, or multiple cancellations may result in account suspension.

III. Ordering & Delivery

Once confirmed, orders once placed cannot be modified or canceled. Delivery windows are approximations subject to traffic, weather, or stock availability. We only deliver to registered addresses, and post-confirmation changes may not be possible. Customers must be present to receive their order, or additional charges may apply. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you for a replacement or refund.

IV. Pricing & Payments

Prices may fluctuate without notice due to market conditions. Accepted payment methods include digital wallets, UPI, cards, and cash on delivery. For cash-on-delivery orders, payment in full before receiving the items is mandatory.

V. Returns & Refunds

Perishables remain non-returnable unless they are damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery. Non-perishables qualify for return within 24 hours if defective, unused, and in original packaging. Eligible refunds are processed in 5–7 business days. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

VI. Prohibited Items & Restrictions

The service excludes alcohol, hazardous materials, or illegal substances. Customers must observe local purchasing restrictions applicable in their state or city.

VII. Pharmacy Orders

Prescription medicines require a valid, legible prescription from a registered medical practitioner, uploaded at the time of ordering. All prescription orders are reviewed and verified by a licensed pharmacist before dispatch, and QuickBuddy reserves the right to reject an order if the prescription is invalid, expired, or unclear. Over-the-counter products and wellness items do not require a prescription but remain subject to applicable drug-safety regulations.

VIII. Parcel & Courier Service

Customers are responsible for accurately declaring the contents, weight, and value of any parcel booked for pickup and delivery. Prohibited items may not be shipped through QuickBuddy Parcel under any circumstance. Fragile, high-value, or perishable parcels should be appropriately packaged by the sender; QuickBuddy is not liable for damage arising from inadequate packaging. Bookings may be cancelled prior to rider pickup, and cancellation fees may apply thereafter.

IX. Rider & Quick Ride Trips

Quick Ride connects passengers with independent delivery partners for point-to-point trips via the QuickBuddy Driver app. Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and prevailing demand, and are displayed before a trip is confirmed. Delivery partners registering on the QuickBuddy Driver app operate as independent contractors and must complete QuickBuddy's onboarding and document-verification process before accepting trips or deliveries.

X. Liability & Indemnification

QuickBuddy disclaims responsibility for delays stemming from strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions. Our liability excludes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and is limited to the value of the order giving rise to the claim, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
